CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR IDENTITY
Complainants may choose not to reveal their personal details when lodging a corruption complaint.
Should a complainant decide to provide their personal details, under the law, a complainants' identity will be kept confidential, even in court proceedings. However, if the court has found that the complainant has made a false statement in his/her corruption complaint, it may require disclosure concerning the identity of the complainant.
